2. Payment Confirmation
An order will be processed only after successful payment confirmation where advance payment is required.
A payment acknowledgement or order confirmation may be sent to the customer's registered contact details.
3. Payment Security
Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways.
MD Tech Mart does not intend to store complete card numbers, CVV numbers, passwords or other sensitive payment credentials on its own systems.
Customers should never share OTPs, PINs, CVVs or payment passwords with anyone claiming to represent MD Tech Mart.
4. Failed Transactions
If money has been deducted from your bank account but the order is not successfully created, please contact us with the relevant transaction details.
We will verify the transaction status with the applicable payment provider.
Refunds for failed or cancelled transactions will be processed according to the applicable payment gateway and banking timelines.
5. Incorrect or Duplicate Payments
If you believe you have made a duplicate payment or have been charged incorrectly, contact MD Tech Mart as soon as possible.

Transaction reference number.
Date and amount of payment.
Registered mobile number or email address.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed according to our Return and Refund Policy.
The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment gateway, bank or financial institution.
7. Fraud Prevention
MD Tech Mart reserves the right to verify orders and payment details and may cancel or hold transactions where fraudulent, suspicious or unauthorized activity is suspected.
8. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery, if offered, will be available only for selected products and eligible delivery locations.
MD Tech Mart may restrict or discontinue Cash on Delivery for certain products, locations or orders.
