Shipping Policy

MD Tech Mart delivers products to eligible locations across India through suitable courier and logistics partners.

1. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed after successful payment confirmation and verification of the order details.

Processing time may vary depending on:

Product availability.

Order verification.

Product type.

Packaging requirements.

Delivery location.

Weekends and public holidays.

Certain products may require additional processing time.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines will depend on the delivery location and courier service.

The delivery estimate provided at checkout or during order confirmation is an approximate estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Remote locations, adverse weather, public holidays, strikes, courier disruptions and other circumstances may result in delays.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during the ordering process or communicated before order confirmation.

MD Tech Mart may offer free shipping on selected products, locations or promotional orders.

4. Delivery Address

Customers must provide an accurate delivery address, PIN code and active contact number.

MD Tech Mart will not be responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply if re-shipment is required because of an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery caused by the customer.

5. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts according to their policies.

If the customer is unavailable or refuses to accept the shipment, the package may be returned to MD Tech Mart.

Re-shipping may be subject to additional charges.

6. Damaged or Tampered Packages

Customers are advised to check the package at delivery.

If the package appears damaged, opened or tampered with:

Take photographs or video of the package.

Note the condition with the delivery person where possible.

Contact MD Tech Mart immediately.

Do not discard the packaging until the matter has been resolved.

For certain products, an unboxing video may be requested for transit-damage claims.

7. Undelivered or Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, repeated failed delivery attempts or customer unavailability, MD Tech Mart may deduct applicable shipping, return-shipping or handling charges from the refund where permitted.

8. International Shipping

Unless specifically agreed by MD Tech Mart in writing, we currently process orders for delivery within India only.

9. Delays Beyond Our Control

MD Tech Mart is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, transportation disruptions, strikes, government restrictions, courier disruptions or other unforeseen events.
