3. New and Refurbished Products
Products listed as New, Refurbished, Pre-owned, or similar classifications will be clearly identified wherever applicable.

Refurbished or pre-owned products may have previously been used and may have undergone inspection, testing, repair, replacement of components or cleaning before being offered for sale.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product information errors or promotional errors. If an order has been placed based on an obvious pricing or listing error, MD Tech Mart may cancel the order and refund any payment already received.
5. Orders

An order is considered accepted only after MD Tech Mart confirms the order.

If the package appears seriously damaged, tampered with or opened, the customer should record the condition and contact MD Tech Mart as soon as possible.

9. Warranty

Manufacturer warranty, seller warranty and service-centre warranty may have different terms.
